KAÏA is a high-quality organic and single-origin extra virgin olive oil proudly produced in Tunisia. It is made from 100% heirloom Chemlali olives carefully handpicked on our fifth-generation family estate.

Harvested early in the season in November, KAÏA is high in polyphenols with a low acidity level. It is characterised by a balanced but complex flavour, with notes of almond and artichoke, and finishes with a peppery kick. 

At KAÏA, we control the growing, the harvest, the production and the distribution.
